High quality products

I have loved getting variety of fruits and veggies out in our remote village. They taste so much better than store bought. It is a little difficult to compare the price to store prices to know if I'm getting a good or bad deal.

I love the newsletter and the extra goodies we can add to our box. They are quick to remedy any goofs and very nice. I enjoy the produce too.

I waffled between 3 and 4 stars. Ultimately decided on 4 stars because the produce is fresh, the customer service has been great and deliveries are consistent and on time. My only disappointment is the variety in the boxes is not what I would expect for seasonal and local. For example, I have been using the service for almost a full year now and the only fruit ever scheduled in my box are apples and pears. I would expect cherries, berries and at least local plums in the late spring and summer, but that never happens unless I make amendments to my box. Similar issue with veggies. The boxes have been almost identical all year with very little changes during the spring and summer season when I would expect much more variety.

Almost everything is super, but I have had several experiences of receiving yellowed/old baby broccoli.

Appreciate having the convenience of ordering organic fruits and vegetables. I have found that some of the items have not been the best quality. I have called the company and they will subtract it from my bill. Price is going up and that is a hard one.

I love that I can customize my box. And the price is reasonable. My only issue is that I don’t feel that the people packing the boxes pay enough attention to the produce. For example I got a pear that had a big gouge this week

The boxes are easily modified to meet my needs.
