I think the selection of produce is only so so. Things that are more seasonal tend to sell out by the time I customize my order. And when I forget to customize it’s always celery, kale, onion and apples - nothing very exciting.
Full Circle brings you the best produce and groceries from small, local and organic farms directly to you. Each week we work closely with our partner farms and curate the best produce seasonally available. Farm-fresh eggs, organic milk, grass-fed beef and a whole assortment of artisan groceries are also easy to add to on a one time or recurring basis.

When I submit my order, many of the veges are not available. I really wish there were a better assortment of veges. I hate the non-returnable cardboard boxes, and wish the driver didn't leave them in the rain every week. These issues are almost enough to make me quit the service.

I love the delivery and flexibility when I will be away. I’ve enjoyed many delicious fruits and veggies…sometimes the quality is not as great as I expected for the price. I know that weather has made quality control difficult… I appreciate the add-Ins and the ability to customize my box ahead of delivery day.

They have a nice range of products especially if you feel like splurging. The produce is expensive and not particularly high quality (might be the long shipping time it takes to get to Alaska)

We love the organic local foods we get but I think fullcircle should be advised as a CSA subscription with the ability to buy more items. I believe that way if, like me, you are sick of apples, beets and Kale every week for the last 2 months, you won't be surprised by the vast difference of price when you swap out fruits and vegetables from said standard box.

Pomegranates not red, no oranges available but kale n green onions wonderful

Hi Carole, we offer a seasonal selection of fruit and vegetables and are just coming into citrus season, so there will be several varieties of oranges, mandarins, grapefruit, lemons and limes all winter! So glad you are enjoying the greens, and while pomegranates can be orange-yellow to red to pinkish outside, if you ever receive an item that is not in prime condition you can call or email us or go to online feedback and we will make it right. Thank you for being a Full Circle member!

It is EXTREMELY frustrating not to be able to expect uniform quality of the produce delivered. Sometimes an item will arrive dried out and discolored or at another time the parsley or cilantro will be limp and half dead. One just never knows what will arrive pristine and what should never have been packed for delivery in the first place! Careless packing is an ongoing problem, e.g. a garlic bulb arriving damp because it was packed unprotected with wet greens and placed directly into a cardboard box! Everyone knows that damp garlic will spoil. Where was the supervisor when this box was packed? Is this how one shops at Whole Foods or PCC? I think not! Quality control is seriously lacking when orders are being filled at Full Circle. Thus, something almost always arrives that is less than fresh and in poor condition due to a serious lack of oversight and care.

Hi Marcia, while we do our best to pack and deliver fragile organic produce to your doorstep while minimizing packaging, we realize that sometimes it may not arrive in perfect condition. We want you to be satisfied with every delivery and appreciate your feedback as well as the opportunity to make it right when issues arise. Thank you for your continued support!
