Reliable deliveries, reasonably good variety, mostly good quality, very responsive to questions or concerns

My family is grateful for Full Circle working through the challenges of getting organic produce to our remote area. The quality is usually great and we love the variety of options. Much more affordable and a better selection than what we can get where we live. Occasionally items are missing from box or in bad shape (especially if delivery is delayed because the plane is delayed), but Full Circle always makes it right for us!

The weekly ordering process is simple to access and easy to use - delivery is consistent and convenient and the quality of produce is excellent.

Delivery is easy. The quality of the produce is high. Customer service is helpful when one calls. I wish they had more variety of foods with the changing seasons.

This time I received all the produce that I ordered.

I always want to tip the drivers. They're great. Everything arrives regularly and as I expect. Full Circle is great at customer service as well. The only thing that loses a star is that sometimes the quality of produce isn't what I'd pick at a store. but then I'm not buying at a store. 98% of the time though the produce tastes great...better than in the store. And Full Circle always credits me if I am unhappy with what I've received. I've also begun to discover some of the small businesses they represent that don't sell produce and that's wonderful. Prices are fair and I've increased my shopping there.
