This is a fraudulent and scamming company. Do not trust the positive reviews because they write themselves. They charge their fee and then disappear.

I was a customer with this company for 6 months. During that time I dealt with an account manager that was extremely unprofessional constantly setting up meetings that he would be late to extent I wound have to reach out to him or he wouldn’t show up at all. Initially, my goals for my store and what the company was doing did not align. But after several meetings account manager would show up we did get the store tracking right to the extent that it was profitable. At that point I decided to open a Walmart store and start a FBA. I paid $2200 to do so total. My Amazon store then got shut down as they banned secondary users which Fullfilled was as I was the primary. Which mean my FBA never had a chance to be completed. They also never built the Walmart store per the guidelines. So i respectfully asked for my money back and the account manager said wait two weeks and you will have it. They refunded me two payments of $299 and the account manager said that was all he could do. I have since contacted the BBB and the attorney general to get my money back due no one at the headquarters answering their phone and the account manager going ghost on me. I would steer far away from This company. They also will contact trust pilot to have my review removed to bolster their reputation. My recommendation is to not do business with them as it is a money grab and they are extremely unprofessional.

This is a scam. They took $2,000 from me to list products on Amazon on my behalf—this was after I had already paid them $299 per month for two months for "management services" during which they did absolutely nothing. The only thing they actually did for me was help me set up my online store; after that, they did nothing else. They are thieves who falsely claim to provide services to people. Ultimately, they claimed to have purchased $2,000 worth of products for me, yet they failed to provide a single invoice. They pulled a shady trick: they sent me an initial invoice showing the price and quantity of the products, but then—without warning me or keeping me informed—they switched the product to something else and never sent me a revised invoice indicating the actual price and quantity. Sure enough, they shipped the items they supposedly purchased for me to Amazon back on March 3rd; yet here we are now, and I haven't made a single sale, and the 120 units of "Probiotic Gel for Pets" have completely vanished from Amazon. I tried contacting them, but they wouldn't respond. Consequently, I have retained a lawyer to sue them and force them to produce the documentation showing exactly how much they paid for the products. As of now, my products are nowhere to be found in the Amazon store. I’m warning you guys: do not use their services, because they are nothing but scammers. They want make easy money. They are theft my money for no good service.

Worse company ever. They go and buy fake Chinese products for you to sell on Amazon which will lead to more than half of your product return to you. They take money for websites and create a terrible website. Please if you come across this people run for your dear life. There are scammers. I will make sure I announce this everywhere so people don’t fall victim like me.

Be careful with this SCM company. They are scammers who only want your money. They took my goods from the warehouse for themselves, charged extra shipping fees, and never made any adjustments. The worst part is that they caused my Amazon account to be deactivated and took no responsibility at all

I believe all the positive feedback are probably fake, it is a big loss, there is no way to make any money with this program... even the products are badly handled, and Amazon clients returned items rate is over 40%.... big scam
