If I could rate this a 0 I would! Like others ordered a blood glucose monitor and got a cheap oxygen useless monitor. Would not refund but offered me 30% back so scam so angry on how they let this so called company still operate.

I ordered a blood glucose monitor, received oxymonitor. Offered 30% “ compensation” or pay $20 for return shipping which in their words is high risk of not being received. I wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered

Send the Items that I paid for. I bought two Glucose Meters and I got sent two cheap Oxi meters instead , now they do not answer the mail. Please do not buy from these people..

Received a unit through the post put battery in it and surprise it did not work. Contacted company who have offered me 30% refund and keep the item or return it to China in the post at my expense to get a refund. I think this is ridiculous why would you want to keep a thing that does not work. The return postage will be almost the value of the item that you have to pay. Don’t use them the after sale service is crap

False advertising. Advertised fingertip blood glucose monitor, sent cheap fingertip pulse/oxygen monitor.
