Forward Thinking SystemsReviews of ftsgps.com

We love this system and Alf was great at helping us select the right product. He has also been helpful in technical support and follow up to make sure we are happy with the product. I look forward to putting these on the rest of our vehicles.

My company has partnered with Forward Thinking Systems since 2016 and continues to benefit from industry leading technology and exceptional customer service. Thanks to their GPS data, Fleet Cam solution and Feild Warrier software, we've been able to grow our business by making intelligent data driven decisions and by elevating our service levels to new heights through live fleet and customer communications. The FTS dashboard is user friendly and easy to navigate, with a support team that goes above and beyond when called upon for customizations or general questions. I would highly recommend Forward Thinking to anyone looking for a telematics solution provider they can count on as a true partner to grow with for the future.

Greta experience! In particular I had a wonderful experience with Alf Alvarez. He took care to listen to my company’s needs, craft a selection of effective solutions and go out of his way to get me the best pricing/deals on our fleet solutions. Has wonderful manners and is very responsive. I would do business with Alf again in a heartbeat.

Have had forward thinking GPS tracking system for 5 years. Does the job we need it for.

System is working well, Alf , is Awesome , and Tech Support is fast and responsive. It is all it claimed to be.

Forward Thinking System's fleet tracking and fleetcam are one of the easiest to use solutions in the market. Customer support is also friendly and helpful.

Great Company and technology, their support staff is always able to help. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Our new GPS devices are not as reliable as our old ones. Disappointing. But our account team is great.
