Hi Dil, You are talking about a different for sale by owner company. FSBO.com is unaffiliated with forsalebyowner.com. For Sale By Owner Inc. and Rob Reay are not associated with FSBO.com at all.

Hi Charles, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. We do verify ownership against public records to prevent fraudulent listings and users on our premium plans do receive priority review, however, we have thousands of active verified listings on our free plan. If your listing has not yet been approved, please send an email to [email protected] with the listing address and we'll take a look at why it was declined. Thank you!

Hi Yana, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with spam phone calls. We have measures in place to detect and remove spammers from our site and we do not list phone numbers publicly, but if you do list your phone number in your listing description, we cannot prevent spam calls. If you need additional assistance, please email [email protected].

Hi Erin, We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We do our best to provide clear and detailed information about how the MLS system works before anyone lists with us. In fact, we state in multiple places on our website — including the FAQs and the Terms & Conditions pages — that seller contact information cannot be displayed on public-facing MLS sites such as Zillow, Realtor.com, or Redfin. This is a rule set by the MLS and applies to all MLS listings, regardless of which company you use. While it may seem frustrating, the MLS is designed to work through buyer agents, which is why inquiries typically come through those channels. Any leads received by the listing broker are promptly forwarded to the seller. We truly regret that this wasn’t clearer to you before signing up, and we’re always happy to answer questions beforehand to make sure expectations are aligned. Sincerely, FSBO, Inc.

Hi Joseph, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that aspects of the listing didn’t meet your expectations. At the same time, we’re glad to see that your property went under contract within a week and ultimately sold above asking—congratulations on a successful sale and the commission savings! We work with licensed brokerages across the country to offer MLS listing services that meet local requirements, and we strive to keep our pricing competitive—often lower than other providers by avoiding hidden or back-end fees. If there were any concerns with pricing or service, we truly wish you had reached out to us directly, as we’re always willing to discuss options or even match pricing where possible. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our service. Sincerely, FSBO, Inc.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience; however, it appears this review may have been intended for a different company. FSBO.com is dedicated exclusively to advertising real estate for sale—we do not post RVs or other vehicle listings on our website. If there’s anything we can clarify or assist with, we’d be happy to help. Otherwise, we hope you’re able to connect with the appropriate business to resolve your concern. Sincerely, FSBO, Inc.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear that the setup process on FSBO.com was smooth, but we're sorry for the frustration that followed during the MLS listing handoff. To clarify, while FSBO.com provides the flat-fee MLS listing service and support, the actual MLS entry must be completed by a licensed local broker, as required by state and MLS regulations. Some of these brokerages may have their own internal policies—such as requesting a credit card for incidental charges or optional services—though this is not a requirement set by FSBO.com. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’re glad we were able to process a refund promptly. Your feedback helps us continue improving how we communicate and coordinate with our brokerage partners. If you have any further questions or if we can assist in another way, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Sincerely, FSBO, Inc.
