Selling reading glasses without the…
Selling reading glasses without the full description. Glasses shown in add appeared to be readers. Were readers with a thick oval coke bottle bifocal placed on top of the actual section of the glasses. That false advertising . I returned the and had to pay for shipping. The FSA store is a rip off the prices you pay for items you can buy them cheaper at Walmart. The readers were $36 plus shipping.

DO NOT trust them with your end of year FSA balance
I made the purchase in 2017 to use up the remainder of my FSA but you billed me in 2018 making the purchase completely unnecessary. In fact, instead of using up the remainder of my 2017, I had to use my freshly earned 2018 money. I will never purchase from you again. Update: I just read your response. You said I made the purchase on 12/31/18, I wrote my review on 11/30/18, and you wrote the response on 12/05/18. So you're saying I made my purchase in the future? You are ridiculous and no, no future purchases.

We apologize for the billing happening in 2018, after searching our orders we see that you placed your order on 12/31/2018 which is the reason why the billing was charged in 2018. We do not charge the account until the order ships out, this is the reason why the payment was taken in 2018 because the order shipped out on 1/2/18. We hope that you return to our site to place new orders with your FSA card after learning more about the billing.
