At first, the casino requested a selfie of me holding my ID (when I already had completed KYC). They then changed the requirement and requested a selfie of me holding my ID along with a piece of paper displaying the date and my email address. I have submitted more than 20 compliant images over the past 30 days, but every submission has been rejected. I have received no explanation as to why, nor any email warning or notification explaining what is wrong with the images. I contacted the casino by email to request an alternative method of verifying my account, but they informed me that no alternative verification method was available. In addition, they refuse to send chat transcriptions and do not comply with GDPR requirements. You have no way of knowing how your personal data is being used because they refuse to provide the requested information within the 30-day deadline required by law. A TOTAL SCAM!

If I could give it a 0 I would in a instant. EASY to deposit. Accepts all banks when deposited. BUT ... when you try withdraw. THEY WILL KEEP REJECTING THE VERIFICATION PROCESS and won't let you withdraw. Some banks don't work when withdrawing. WORST CASINO SITE EVER!. ITS CLOSE ENOUGH TO A SCAM . DO NOT FALL INTO THE TRAP I DID. THIS SITE AINT WORTH IT TO BEGIN WITH

eine der schlechtesten Online-Casinos die ich kenne. Spart Euch lieber das Geld, Gewinne kennen die dort nicht,

Fs casino is not the casino where I would play more, it is easy to deposit money in this casino, but it is practically impossible to withdraw winnings because they ask you to fill in KYC. But when filling in they have problems with the bank card on which the name and surname are not visible, although the NAME and SURNAME are clearly visible, no matter how many documents you bring, they reject it and the support team ignores the user. I would advise everyone who wants to gamble at this casino to first check if it is in order😐 Gediminas Tamošaitis
