Order placed with expedited mailing
Order placed with expedited mailing. Called 10 days later-where is it? Was told I would receive a return call which I did not receive, so I called back the next day. Those initially answering the call each day were really nice each time and researched. On the repeat call when I was connected to the actual store, another person initially told the order had shipped on the original day it was ordered. When I pushed the person to verify that again or resend since I never received the order, his story changed stating it was just sent out the day before on the day of my original call. All the person had to do was apologize for the delay!
