Beware of these companies!!
19 days and our order still has not been shipped!?! First claim was denied! Beware of ordering from these companies!! I made the mistake of ordering from this company 'Twice'. The first time I ordered 2 items, received one and had to file a claim and it took over 2 months to receive the balance of the order. The first claim was denied and then had to wait 2 additional weeks before filing a second claim which resulted in finally receiving the product. Now, ordering a second time, (my fault), it is back to the same senario, no product shipped, claim denied, waiting for some sort of resolution. This group operates on FB using 'multiple' business names, mostly selling pet products like T-Shirts, posters, imprinted with various dog breeds.
