While a credit union, it offers convenient community "banking", a reasonable bill pay option, and ok savings rates, especially their new CDs. They provide free checks and an interest bearing (small) checking account. We have used them for years and are satisfied with our service, but our needs are fairly minimal.

When I encountered difficulties regarding the processing of a high-value insurance claim check that needed to be co-endorsed by Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc., I reached out to Frontwave Credit Union for support. From the very beginning, their team was not only concerned but also proactive in assisting me. They took the time to understand the risks associated with mailing the endorsed check to an unsecured mailbox, and they remained engaged throughout the entire process. Frontwave’s staff went above and beyond to facilitate a secure solution. They coordinated with their management team to ensure that necessary steps were taken to prevent any potential fraud or theft. Their dedication to client safety and satisfaction was evident, as they offered clear guidance and support at each stage, ensuring that the check was sent to a secure address for proper deposit.
