We called customer service today and found out because of some mistake our tickets were cancelled but we spoke to our bank a the payment was drafted without any issues. Now all tickets are sold out we didn't receive any email telling us about the cancellation.

Horrible. I paid for my ACL ticket in MAY. Got notice it was in transit as of September 2nd. Still haven’t received it with my event in less than a week and they refuse to give me a refund. I can no longer attend the event so I had a buyer lined up for the wristband. But i obviously can’t sell it without the physical thing. So I lose my money and even if I wanted to go at this point I could not because they failed to deliver on their services.

Horrible service. The first road block is if you ordered tickets online so the computer uses a virtual credit card number for security. Even with your order number, they will not let you proceed with the last four digits of your actual credit card that purchased the tickets. I didn't receive the parking pass and they keep calling them "tickets" (I think this is outsourced to another country based on the two times I called). I have now called twice with little confidence I will get the parking pass, and emailed with them and they were of no help. They gave me a phone number to contact the festival directly and it was the wrong number. I am beyond frustrated with the terrible service.

What an awful and utterly trash customer service. And I'm in this field for a living So trying to purchase 3 tickets to an event, and receieve a unable to process payment, please try a different card. So we did Between 3 of us we tried 5 cards across 3 different people We tried 2 phones, a tablet and a desktop computer We tried PayPal and venmo We tried different login accounts to frontgate All receive the same error. Each of us called our banks... No pending or declined charges Out of ideas, we call the FrontGate customer service. We explain all the steps we went through For the next 20 minutes we get asked the same questions we just told them. Did you try a different card/call bank/ different device/try venmo Out of options. They then proceeded to gaslight us and tell us it was on our end and need to call our bank It's like they got to the end of their troubleshooting sheet and if all fails send them to bank. They refused to escalate this to tech to review or to management They refused to provide a complaints line or contact information Then I come online to see them flamed constantly by others. What a garbage company What a disgrace to be Peter Norosky, vice president of customer service. Massive company owns almost a monopoly on this industry (live Nation owns this) and can't even have a working payment portal or a decent customer service. Il avoid using them at all costs from here on out

My tickets to EDC were returned without even asking after I booked my flights, hotels and other non-refundable things without emails and updates. No other options were offered.

Front gate tickets. failed to deliver in customer service. There was a venue.I went to june twenty seventh 26, the whole entry was all the way around the corner and down the street, and I having a ticket could not be sent appropriately or directed to where I needed to be to enter into the venue.It was getting late.I was denied entry or never got to go in because i was on a mission to nowhere for me to enter and the time just kept running out. The ticket is paid hundred twenty dollars we even paid that just to go for an hour or 2 and was not able to be entered in by the staffing agency who were working the grounds telling me I had to go here. Go there and everywhere was the wrong place i was half way down a busy street. So I contacted front gate, told them what had went on as well as I contacted into the horizon. The venue operator and they both put me in the middle. They said it's front gate's responsibility to review and refund the tickets case-by-case they turned me down even after I tell them all the events who would even make this stuff up? incompetent second rate security staff that's who works the perimeter and the gates, they FG should have refunded my ticket because the venue at night was a disaster, unorganized people all buzzed out and directions definitely confusing. I feel they could have done better. In assisting their customer, because the ticket price was over a $100. And I couldn't even get in there. I don't care what time it was or is.As long as I am a paying customer, and there's still forty five minutes left, then.Yes, I want to go in not be told.Oh well were just the staffing agency we cant do anything. FG Transfer business offshore. SO ITs the same ol scripted b.s Do better. I will not support this company for future events.

Would give them ZERO stars if possible. Tickets for Solid Sound festival were not delivered unitl 4 PM on the Friday of the festival. Showed we paid in multiple ways. They responded in the most unhelpful of ways. By the time they sent the tickets had secured another way in and now won't refund. TERRIBLE.

Not being able to login in directly from the main site is dumb. And then when you do login to make sure your payments are set and ready to go, you just get an error message.
