Frontera sent my order to the wrong address- they reimbursed me to have it shipped to correct address. The customer service was very good and easy to deal with on this problem.

Maggie was awesome. We custom ordered a patio umbrella that I originally specified with the wrong color. I eventually wanted the color to match the Sunbrella fabric on my outdoor patio furniture right as they started production. Maggie jumped on it and got the order changed and the final product was absolutely perfect.

The company was nice to work with, and our chairs arrived quickly and in good condition.

The boxes of the two teak planters arrived safely. The instructions were easy, and the planters were ready to go in about a half and hour. All pegs, that fit in easily. They are beautiful.

Good e-mail order status updates, on time (and careful) delivery, items received in undamaged condition and as ordered.
