I don't think anyone works here any more. They are not replying to tickets, and the tickets are auto closing.

You never answered my ticket and after 48 hours I added a comment to say I was still waiting on an update and a couple of hours later I get this notification that you are closing it due to me not updating the ticket.

I hate the idea that I have to sign up for automatic payments to pay for my domain name renewal. Automatic payments have a tendency to come in when you least expect them and cause either to screw up a monthly budget, or even overdraft charges. it should be your customer's right to have automatic payments or be billed and make the payment themselves without it being automatic.
