We have been using the FWA platform for awhile now. It's a great platform with a great team supporting it. I can't wait for them to grow! We loan out a variety of items that would otherwise just sit around the house to collect dust. We've got everything from paddleboards to air tools, to office equipment listed on this site. The insurance is an awesome added feature. We feel much better loaning out our equipment with the insurance in place. It brings us peace of mind. Luckily we haven't had to use it, yet.

I found and requested a OneWheel GT in Las Vegas. The experience was flawless. The owner brought the OneWheel to me on time picked it up the same.

Great communication between owners & renters. Reasonable fees for the security & peace of mind! I have had 3 great experiences renting my equipment out. For less than a typical 2 hour rental of an inflatable tandem kayak… the consumer can take mine for 24 hours! When I am not using it… it brings in $! And it is covered if there is an issue! What’s not to love?

We rented a bike for the weekend. The price was great. We had a little trouble with the credit card/ address but everything was taken care of in 20 minutes,it didn't slow us down. It was a great service/app and I would definitely use it again.

Excellent service with easy process!!! Fast response ever! Electric bike with seat behind my 7yrs old son enjoyed ride comfortably. We had amazing 6days biking city of Toronto!

We rented a couple of bikes with child seats and had the most wonderful experience. Registration was super busy East and fast, and exceptional customer service (I had some questions re renting). Overall very pleased with the experience

I hope Friend With A gets enough ratings to show up high on Google search feeds. This is an excellent way to look for adventure gear in your area if you don't have it and want to check it out. Friend With A makes it very easy to proceed with the rental, helping keep privacy. I rented two kayaks, and they were much cheaper than renting from a marina.
