Terrible customer service, do not buy any items from here. Will not give out returns details and refuse to return money. Ordered correct sizing on 2x items that are far too small. Will never buy again

Brought strapless bra, poor fit and poorly made. The body suit to make you slimmer, made no difference. The item was rubbish. Don't waste your money. Response from company send a picture of the package, send QR code. Just make it difficult to get your money back. I will try and upload their pathetic response

AVOID!!!! Do not buy from this company they are in China and have very weird return policy that would not be legal here. You use the size guide which is really incorrect so I ordered a large according to their guide and it was huge so they said I cannot have a refund as they sent what I ordered. After about 18 emails they agreed to refund me £5 out of the £26 I spent and I am left out of pocket with two bodysuits I cannot wear. I implore all uk residents to check companies on here first to see where their clothes are coming from and avoid at all costs if it is China.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY! The quality was really bad. It gives false promise on its website, did not give shape at all. There is no bust support and the material is thin. They said the do refund but when I emailed them they asked me to send a photo wearing it. We feel so sorry for your dissatisfaction. The relevant departments double confirmed that the products had sent to you are correct. In this case, you need to return the products to our warehouse in China for a refund. Body suit arrived in good time and quality was good. However the size was wrong. Customer Service was quick to reply but the response was odd which wrote: Thank you for your e-mail We ship to you according to your order size If it doesn’t fit, you can give it to someone else or buy another size After all, returning the shipping cost you have to pay is not very cost-effective. Yours sincerely, Customer Service Team So with this reply, would not order from them a high possibility your order won't fit.

Refused to issue a refund when they sent faulty items. Their website said they accepted returns and refunds but this was refused during email exchanges. I've also had charges from them to my account and have had to freeze my bank account. Do not buy from here

I was concerned that I wouldn't receive the item I ordered after looking at reviews on this company. (Should have checked before ordering, I know). However, and credit where it's due, I was pleased with the service I received here. I had updates at each stage of my items long journey, and received my shaping bodysuit in good time. It was of good quality and the sizing was as expected. Pleasantly surprised.
