Ordered 2 t shirts. Took 5 weeks to arrive. I honestly can't say how awful they were absolutely nothing like the pics. Cheap nylon material Threw them into the bin. Would have given 0 stars but no option for that

Ordered a cross body bag that’s so far taken 10 weeks. Tracking tells me it’s been 14 days somewhere in Manchester after coming from the US. Why US when website states they ship from closest warehouse? I’ve complained and been told they’ll ship another out asap but their tracking page doesn’t make any sense. Now it’s apparently in China. I’ll try for a refund but may have to write it off as a scam. AVOID!

Ordered a bag over a month ago. It arrived in the uk but has been at Cambridge for 14 days. Last contact 5 days ago and the delay was blamed on Trump and customs. I pointed out it was in the UK and they assured me they would sort it in 24/48hrs. They wouldn't give me the name of the courier. I have had no further updates. I have requested a refund through PP but also found at that I had been charged more than my actual order shows. I would not recommend them.

I bought some flower filled letter lights from them. They took ages to arrive but when they did, I was very pleased. However, one of the lights stopped working after a couple of weeks. The company offered me £5 in compensation for an item that no longer works??!!! Very poor. DO NOT BUY FROM!
