If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a Christmas garland ….should have been gorgeous (so the advert said) what arrived was the most awful plastic crap 🙄 I’ve ever seen…. Buyer beware..,,,.don’t get sucked in by the advert like I did 🙃

Ordered a leather phone case/crossbody bag - received a cheap plastic one really badly finished looks like it won’t last five minutes. Beware of the “good” reviews on trust pilot as they all seem to be presents for a “niece” probably written by company employees! Would have given 0 stars if I could!

I would give 0 stars if possible, SCAM company, ordered almost 7 weeks ago and still not received my order, they keep saying will resend, possible delay but on way. Asked for refund several times not forthcoming. DO NOT order from this company. Today 25th July I received an order, it's not the navy bag I ordered but a navy plastic bag that stinks of fish, so bad it's in a bin bag. I've messaged them but not holding out any hope. I can't state enough DO NOT ORDER FROM FRIENDENJOY, SCAMMERS.

Ordered white Leather cross body bag, took 7 weeks for it to arrive. It's not Leather or even Leather look, cheap plastic, nothing like the advert!! Wouldn't buy again, wouldn't recommend. The buckle on the front isn't straight. Poor quality.

The item I ordered I was charged an extra cost on top and had to converse via email. Got refund. However finally today item delivered even though the tracker update they sent was it was still in USA. Dress very poor quality and in hot weather would set itself on fire. The advert showed a stretchy dress....far from stretch. Never ordering from these again for anything. No point asking for dress refund...I'll use it to clean crap off my windows instead. Fuming but to be expected

I purchased an item from this company .as l understood it my order was accepted. Then on my messages l received an email saying l hadn't completed my order. I checked my account and there's an item pending for more than the said item. Haven't a clue what is happening. Not impressed 😡😡 l have sent an email, now waiting for a reply. Wondering if this is a genuine offer.!!!

Further update!..... They will only refund if I post the bag back to China at my own cost., and it has to be in perfect condition. As it didnt arrive in perfect condition thats impossible! Alternatively they first offerred £3.00 in compensation and I can keep the bag, which they then upped to £5.00. I told them not to bother Update.,.. it has finally arrived and of course it is absolute rubbish quality. Why did I expect anything different? They should really be reported to trading standards I ordered a handbag on 29th May. Initially, I was impressed with their tracking information. However it hasnt been updated since 26th June, and they are now saying it has been lost. I have repeatedly asked for a refund (we are now up to 23 emails) and they are refusing, saying that another one has been sent out, which is now, allegedly in London. I didnt ask them to send another one out, but guess I have to expect that I am very doubtful if anything turns up. Before I ordered, I checked reviews on here and they were all good otherwise I wouldnt have ordered.

I ordered the crossbows bag and like other people on here I've had nothing but trouble. Every time you message them you just get fobbed off. Avoid this company.
