DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will not allow returns despite their website saying they do. I bought jeans for £30. Their sizing is wrong and they don’t care.

I ordered an item & changed my mind. I contacted them a short while after ordering to ask them to cancel the order. I didn't hear anything, then about a week later got notification that the item was shipped. I contacted them again & queried. They said I couldn't cancel because it had been dispatched (despite the fact I'd cancelled immediately) & said when it arrived, I could return. It did arrive - item not much like the item advertised - I contacted them to return. They said I could keep it & they'd refund 20% or I could return to USA. I said I'm not paying return delivery internationally, as I cancelled well before it was dispatched. They appear to be intentionally being difficult & are just sending me the same returns information every time I email. Do NOT use this company. Complete joke. Their terms & conditions are not worth anything.

Do not buy from this company - the jeans are thin and cheap - they took forever to arrive - they didn’t fit me - sizing was far too big - so I asked to return them but was told they do not allow returns - total SCAM

DO NOT BUY from this company Mine seems to be the same the jeans are awful quality. I have been trying to get a refund and happy to return them as they are so bad will not be wearing them.

Waited over 3 weeks for a very poor quality product. Requested a refund and returns policy Was offered £1.50 not even 5% of the total. Product weird colour not control jeans at all. Told to gift them to someone else - how kind of them !!! Pushed for a returns policy or address Totally ignored after that Atrocious behaviour DO NOT BUY

When am I going to learn not to buy crap from Facebook adverts !!!! Exactly the same problems as others have mentioned bad quality not as advertised the sizing is all wrong from America not UK so took 3 weeks to arrive. Not bothered to contact for refund as that's seems pointless. Must look for and read the reviews or better still just delete any adverts do not buy these jeans

I wish I had read the reviews before buying the jeans. Like everyone below says, the jeans are NOT as advertised; cheaply made, bad fitting, no tummy control at all. I ordered a dark blue colour and a lighter blue colour. The pairs that arrived were identical colour. The jeans smell incredibly musty too. It seems they come from The States so took one month to arrive. I also emailed customer service to be told the warehouse ‘checked’ the jeans and they are perfectly good. They offered £3 compensation and have ignored all following emails. They have cheated us all out of hard earned money. A scam company.

Waited over a month for my order to arrive and was sadly disappointed on the quality and fit of the jeans. They are in NO WAY as advertised, poor quality denim with NO stretch at all and the sizing is way off. I don’t even think I will waste my energy in trying to get a refund and will put them straight in the recycle bin! Dreadful product - DO NOT BUY
