Ordered two pairs of jeans. They did not fit and extremely poor quality. The company are refusing to provide the return/refund process saying they are not at fault that the goods do not fit. They state a return/refund guarantee on the website but are refusing to process my return. I contacted them the day I received the goods to request a return. Customer service is horrendous. Be prepared to lose your money when buying from here.

This company is the worst, they did not deliver my parcel, then tried to charge me postage for replacements or would only refund half the money back, do not buy from this company

Scam !!!! The delivery company marked as delivered I never received them and after 20+ messages to friendenjoy I'm still no closer to getting a refund they said as delivery company has delivered then its down to me together a refund from them. Dont waste your money don't use this company.

I thought i had looked up the website and checked reviews before ordering but either I’m remembering wrong or I just didn’t see anything negative at that time…. I also ordered the tummy control jeans and they also took weeks to arrive, also have no tummy control (if anything mine are a bit big) also VERY poor quality! They arrived covered in loose threads with the pockets stitched up, i sorted that out and now to be honest they’re possibly the most comfy jeans i have, i just wish they were actual denim so they’d last!

If I could give no stars, I would. I wish I had read these reviews before impulse buying a pair of jeans from their site. Besides the fact that their sizing was way off, the quality is worse than bad. I wrote to them to return the jeans and after a few weeks they replied asking for the qr code. Finally when I understood what they were talking about, they offered me £2 and told me to keep the jeans. Their return policy is fourteen days - I contacted them straight after receiving the jeans. But no they have refused to give me a refund and told me that it will cost more to pay them back to China. This is a sham of a company - please don’t buy from them.

I ordered three items, 2 pairs of the "amazing" jeans in different styles and a bag. The boot cut jeans turned up after 3/4 weeks, and they were definitely not like I was expecting, very poor quality and didn't look anything like the ones on the website. They didn't fit, I'm a 16 so thought they'd have plenty of space for comfort...erm no. Contacted them to return them and eventually got a £4 refund like these other reviews, I took it - somethings aren't worth the stress. That was 4 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my other 2 items....!!! The website looks like it's in US but it's a Chinese company and rubbish! Don't bother ordering anything and read all these reviews, they are all correct. Avoid Avoid Avoid

DON’T TOUCH THIS SELLER . Ordered jeans supposed to be free shipping that was the first indication they are trouble . Added shipping fee on . Didn’t reply to email asking why they had done this . When they finally arrived I was livid . Jeans are nothing like advertised , poor quality practically rigid denim thin tatty stitching and undersized too . Emailed for return address and refund and sent pictures of faults . 4 emails later they told me I could return at my own expense for their inspection! Or I could have 3.4gbp as a recompense . Turned it down then offered 8.4 gbp told them I wanted full refund , awful company . Now they’ve not replied to my last email AVOID !!!

The jeans took ages to arrive they are too short have no tummy control (as advertised) and are a strange shape Customer services are unhelpful and no refund or option to return has been offered, do not buy from them
