FriendenjoyReviews of friendenjoy.com

Awful awful awful Total rip off. As others have written about the privacy extendable panels. They are 1/3 of the size than those advertised. Cheap silk flowers that look like a child has made them. Terrible company do yourself a favour and keep your money in your bank. Do not waste it buying from these people.

Placed an order almost 4 weeks ago and have still not received the item. Tracking is via a Chinese company who you can not contact via telephone and appears to have no UK base. Friendenjoy do not respond to emails and the tracking information they provide is different to what the shipping company provide. All in all I fear that I will never receive the order and getting a refund is no doubt going to be near impossible :(

I ordered 4×leaf panelled fence panels. What a shock when I opened them. Nothing like in the advert. Half the size they advertised terrible leaf colour so false looking made of a silk material instead of plastic measuring 45 x 15cm. Do not buy from this company. I will just count my losses glad it was only £48 and not in the hundreds. Stay clear of this terrible company.

What i ordered and what i recieved were 2 completely different items especially size wise, i was also charged more than the original price, ive since looked at reviews and not seen one positive review..lesson learned wont see my money as it would cost me more money to send it back. Absolute disgusting site ripping people off

I bought some cuffed boyfriend supposedly stretchy jeans on 2nd May. Took until 25th May to arrive and what turned up was a pair of cheap, tacky jeans, not cuffed and no stretch in them at all. Contacted customer service and told no refund and can't send back. Told me to give them someone as a gift. I'm trying to get my money back via PayPal.

i have a stoma so bought the very stretchy high waisted boyfriend jeans! sounds perfect for my needs! OMG theres hardly any stretch, dont even reach my belly button and theres no button hole! the quality of denim is very rough not soft denim like advertised, Aftersales is shocking telling me return is expensive and now not even offering me to return! telling me to shove scissors in and cut the hole myself!! i told them its false advertising and there not suitable!! still fighting with a computer!! Absolutely shocking behaviour stay away!!!

Disgusting unlawful company:-( I ordered their Tummy Control Distressed Cuffed Boyfriend Jeans × 2 Light Wash/Petite/L/UK 12-14 &16-18 & Tummy Control Distressed Cuffed Boyfriend Jeans × 2 Dark Wash/Petite/L/UK 12-14 16-18 They arrived a month after ordering. Poor quality, not tummy control at all, and Dark Wash arrived in the same size twice. On there website returns are advertised as valid otherwise I would of never of ordered from them:-( Customer service team who clearly are bo@#ks are pretending that isn't the case and offering me £6 in compensation and asking me to keep them...I don't think so! I will not give up..but I feel it will be a losing battle...

If I could give np stars I would !! I ordered 4 leaf panel garden fence on face book which looked cpmparable to the 6ft x4ft sold in BQ.I was eventuall informed thet were being shipped from USA the only efficient part of the operation was the package tracking.Package arrived some weeks after ordering....I was horrified at the small size of it On opening the 4 panels sent would have covered one of what was advertised have only taken one out of packet one back bar broken /the faux leaves are rubbish not even up to pound shop standard. As yet I have not contacted them about return am not holding my breath.BEWARE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
