I ordered a bag and yet another £15 something was taken out of my account for subscription without my consent!!!

PLEASE AVOID! Bought one lovely pair of jeans in size medium which took months to arrive but are lovely. Ordered a second pair and they are 2 sizes too big and not denim. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDULENT !!!!!

I ordered two garden fences that came looking such poor quality, nothing like the advert on Facebook. Also they claim they trade in UK, but they are from China, with products pretending to clear via US Customs! All a scam. They offered £4 refund for a £26 purchase! Avoid at any costs!

DO NOT BUY! Same as other reviews in that the product did not match the product online. It is also impossible to return items. After innumerable emails despite a returns policy customer services would not give me details of where to return the item telling me it cost time and money to accept returns so I was offered £3 compensation. After multiple obstructive emails I eventually contacted my bank for a refund. During this time they changed their return policy and removed my review from their website. Avoid at all costs

like many others writing a review, stay clear of thus company. The items (jeans) I ordered where not good quality nor the right length, i ordered tall and they were still nearly 2 inches shorter than advertised. When asked to return they fob you off with its too expensive to return to China then offer you an embarrassing compensation. I spent £42 and they offered me £4, then £7, then £13. I have quoted various things to them that they state on their T&C and returns policy but still not luck. I'm digging my heels in and will probably still not get anywhere. Stay clear, do not order.

Nothing like the picture provided. Colour nothing like the picture provided. Size says large. Label inside the jeans is nothing like a proper branded item. If I could put a zero rating I would. Can't be bothered to return. Charity shop will have them.

**DO NOT BUY** Awful, cheap quality, sizing incorrect, looks nothing like the pictures. Will not take returns. Comments on the fb site must be fake. I am having to right off my money as they will not arrange a return.

Please avoid this company , jeans were ordered in a size 6/8 petite,as per their advice on the size chart, denims arrived first thing I noticed was the quality (poor) They were more a size 12 and the length was very short , I've tried the return policy and was advised the return process is a loooong process and would have to pay freight charges to return , and seeing this was shipped from USA , I'm putting this purchase down to a bad experience and taking the loss here Please avoid at all costs , I have never experienced this before and will be more cautious in future when ordering online and looking at reviews first !!
