If I could give no stars I would. Total scam.. ordered two soft knits and they are cheap t shirts and took weeks to arrive..no answer to emails for returns. Avoid like the plague

I found this online shop in Facebook. Jumpers I bought looked completely different than what I've received which is cheap piece of fabric 😳 in the top of that there was a hidden cost ( postage) of 10£ I found out about after I paid and it showed on my online banking 😤 tried to get my money back via PayPal but with no success. I've been scammed like never before.My parcel took nearly 3 weeks to arrive.Please stay away from this online shop, I'm very angry but learnt my lesson not to buy from doggy websites.

SCAM boatneck knit sweater is not a sweater it’s a t-shirt material and not as described. Avoid buying from them!!!

I ordered some floral night lights and when I go to view my order to see if dispatched or visit the shop I can't as my anti virus says it is malicious software

Please avoid! I stupidly ordered two jumpers from them which were advertised as soft knit, and they're not even wool. They are cheap and thin. I've now sent 4 emails to try and receive a return address which they are not providing! Latest email from them... We are so sorry for your dissatisfaction. However, upon inspection by our warehouse, the items dispatched to you align with your original order. As a sign of goodwill, we would like to offer compensation of 3gbp Will that be acceptable? Jeans were at least 3 sizes too small. Awful cheap material with no stretch. Thrown into a parcel, zip lock bag stuffed in on top. Customer care centre offered £3 refund as very expensive to return. Up to £6 and that was it. Total scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Fraudulent company says they are based in Wales UK But that's false as they ship from China and they charge additional tax on top of the invoice and checkout price and they do not make you aware of this I will be reporting to trading standards

Everything ok with order. Delivery took a while but was expecting that. Item was nice but had a part missing making it unusable. Company didn’t care offered me a couple of quid off or said I could send it back at my cost (which they repeatedly told me would be very high cost.) No offer to send the missing part or anything. The compo was supposedly good enough (however the rest of the item was unusable so still a waste to accept compo) hard to get in contact with and they get rude quickly. Tried to make people aware on Facebook but they banned me very quickly and just kept their fake reviews up.
