Ordered on 6th Sept a J flower ornament...Still waiting checked tracking & it says in Manchester on 2nd Oct still not received !! Emailed twice no response won't be ordering from these scammers again 😒

Do not use thus company total waste of time. They take your mum and never deliver the goods. Emailed them asked for refund just get stupid replies. Do not use them

I purchased a light up letter at the beginning of September with Fredenjoy and it has still not arrived 14/10/24? It was a 30th birthday present which never arrived. I contacted the company to say that the tracking was from America? Not UK with regular updates on its journey still no letter? Fredenjoy said they had dispatched another letter another lie! Facebook should not allow this company to advertise on their site as they are a total scam. I will now have to go through my bank to get my money back. Do not buy from this company they are not genuine an absolute disgrace.

Total scam, ordered 2 light up letters over month ago, PayPal looking into, they have not replied to PayPal, Chinese not UK, only sends out odd clothing item, do not order from them SCAM

If I could it would be 0! Don't ordered from this company. I ordered on the 3rd of September and hadn't recieved by the 3rd October. I requested a refund as it was meant as a birthday present which the birthday is the middle of October. They emailed back a few hours later stating they couldn't refund as they requested item to be sent again and to wait 'patiently' which I thought was rude as I had already waited a month. Then on the 11th October I requested tracking information and this morning they send me tracking information. On the information it stated they only requested a resend today, on the 14th October. So on the 3rd when they refused refund, because they claimed they resent, they lied and could have refunded me. I have now opened a case file with PayPal for my money back. I have commented on one of their Facebook posts and within seconds they removed and blocked me. So now leaving my complaint on trust pilot. Don't order from this company. They aren't based in the UK and they won't refund money plus they lie.
