I order more then a month ago. I haven't received it yet. Tomorrow I go on holiday and I suppose to take the items with me. I will never order again from this website. I m very disappointed!

I have been waiting for my light up letters since 6th September I keep getting fake updates saying they are in London but the postcode they provided is in Scotland. I still haven't received them and they have refused a refund. I think any positive reviews for this company must be fake

THIS IS JUST ONE BIG SCAM!! DONT USE THIS SITE!!

Ordered and paid 18th Sept, followed the tracking, it eventually arrived in the UK, but has suddenly disappeared. Contacted customer service, they said a wrong tracking number had been sent to me, along with numerous emails. They have now sent another one, told I can't have a refund as they have sent a parcel. So 5 weeks later , nothing. 😡

Absolutely disgraceful after sales service. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a delivery. When queried where my order is just kept getting links in transit, in transit every single time. Now been advised due to length of delivery time the address cannot be read so they have sent it out again??? They say I cannot have a refund even though the goods were purchased for a special occasion which has now well passed. NEVER EVER EVER use this company no professionalism whatsoever

I also ordered from an ad on Facebook it's been 5/6 weeks now , I had 4 tracking updates that stopped coming through over a week ago 😑 I'm going to my bank and trading standards about these rip off merchants and I'll contact Facebook who should vet all companies that use their platform , im not happy

I feel 1 star is too generous. Wish I'd read reviews for this company before ordering floral lights. Ordered early September to find out even though says based in UK items being shipped from US. Tracker had both orders in the UK 13/10/24 one being noted London the other Oxford. Emailed for update to be given another tracker saying being shipped from China 18/10/24 and the other tracker was an error and to 'be patient'! Also money taking from account is more that on the order confirmation. Do not use this company if from the UK as from other posts items don't arrive but they take your money and a bit extra!

Do not use this fake company ordered light up letter with flowers in beginning of September even after numerous emails still no parcel they just keep sending fake shipping updates
