AVOID. Simply the worst company. I ordered 2 resin letters - no mention of the fact that they were from China. The letters finally arrived - very few flowers inside, and those that were were damaged and crushed, and one of the letters didn't even light up. Absolute waste of money, and offered me an insulting refund of £3!!!!!

Do not order from this company. Absolutely rubbish, placed an order several weeks ago. Apparently it has been in Edinburgh since 16/10/2024. I have heard nothing since then. My order was placed on 19/09/2024. Its still hasn't arrived and I have heard nothing from the company. I repeat Please don't order from this company. I have requested a refund but haven't heard anything from the company.

Scam site. Ordered light up letters as a birthday present on 4th Sept. Tracking (fake may I assume) said parcel is in Lincoln on 4th October. It's still not changed. Customer service said they'd sent another one. No tracking given, this is a lie. Been told to just stop asking and be patient. Friends birthday has long passed by and I had to buy an alternative gift. Luckily I paid by PayPal so will get a refund through them. Friendenjoy blocked me on Facebook for commenting that they're scammers 🤦🤷♀️

Absolutely disgusting company, parcel got as far as Oxford UK on 13/10/2024 and not moved since, I've emailed multiple times, at one stage got a 'it's left China' I've asked them time and time again to find out where my parcel is and now they've stopped replying, so have put a claim in with PayPal.......just so glad I paid this way AVOID!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR BE PREPARED TO LOSE YOUR MONEY, THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS!!!
