Ordered what I thought would be a nice present for my friend. 5 weeks and no sign of it emailed them and finally received it after 7 weeks of waiting. Product came broken and the flowers inside was dead. Emailed again and had no response from them. Opened a case with PayPal and this company told them it's been delivered so it's gone in their favour. So I've lost my money and a gift for my friend. Absolute scammers and they don't reply to emails so no chance of getting my money back

If I could give this company no stars I would. Like many on here I ordered 3 letters on24/09/24 and have now been informed by them, that my parcel was rejected at customs ( although the tracking said it had been cleared through custom; firstly in U.S , and again in the U.K. According to tracking, it has been in transport in Manchester for the last 3 days. When I complained to the company yesterday, they told me to be patient. It was only Today when I asked them what carrier they were using, did they tell me that it was rejected by customs; and that they had re ordered my parcel. All lies I think. Today I have also put the in two requests for them to refund my money into my bank, but they have so far ignored this request, instead thanking me for my understanding; as well as telling me not to worry. Diabolical Company, PLEASE AVOID!

Do not order from this company my light arrived broken. They offered a £2 compensation then £4. I asked for a refund as the light is broken. It doesn't even light up. There a joke. They said to ship back to China for a full refund thats £23 in shipping costs. The initial order was £14. I opened a case with PayPal. Don't waste your money there not interested!!! Doesn't even look like what I ordered either. The company is a joke there scammers as the item arrives damaged and they don't give you your money back do not order from them!!

Ordered a letter arrived 4 weeks Mayer glass sticking out everywhere doesn’t stand up straight the switch is that flimsy you can see the battery through it paid £18 and I ordered pink arrived green and brown please avoid this company no email back after I had complained about it

Compleat shambles.waitednearly 2 months for order.Item I chose was at least half size .On Webb page vidio showed this letter with flowers inside and lit up it deffinatley was as big as hand but when get it not anything like it.I contacted Pay Pall through long delay. When you scroll to description it tells measurements and wish I had done so.This to me is deceptive advertising .Pay Palls advice was to send back to China where company based but it would cost me as much to do this .

TERRIBLE service. TERRIBLE item. Ordered 5th September, arrived 24th October!! No mention when ordering that the company is not in the UK. Items look lovely on the Facebook site, full of dried flowers and a large size. It is 10cm in length with 3 supposedly dried flowers inside. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SUPPOSED COMPANY!

Absolute carry on from day, waited 5 weeks for my item to arrive which was for my grand daughter let's just say it's off in the bin absolute rubbish. Wish I could share the pictures.

I waited a month for a floral A letter to come only to open the box today and be utterly disappointed. It is nothing like what they advertised. 3 flowers ,3 lights , alot smaller than it looked, cheap plastic that looks discoloured. Not happy.
