Still waiting after 5 weeks have tried emailing them 4 times not had a reply steer clear of these rogues

Unfortunately no facility for minus stars ! What a pile of utter cr^p this company is. I ordered 3 x alphabet lights of, pictures on the site looked beautiful but the reality is somewhat different. What an absolute pile of rubbish. None of the items resemble the advertised items which appear full of lovely flowers, reality is a couple of dead looking flower heads residing in a lump of rough looking plastic, the finish on which is appalling. Letter S cannot stand without support due to faulty workmanship, K has faulty light and N is just a lump of cr^p. Have applied for return label and refund and been offered £3 goodwill gesture. Now taken my complaint to PayPal in hopes I can get my money back and they can have their pile of rubbish back

Wow can't believe reading one review exactly the same scenario, ordered on 24 September for a birthday present was send tracking info throughout US finally in Lincoln on 20 October, when I chased it got another tracking number saying it's in China, more than 1 month on. I emailed back asking if they are a real company or just scammers I have had no reply, surprise surprise. I will contact my credit card company for refund this people should be stopped.

The product took over a month to arrive. It was a night light, and the lights didn't work. The wire then snapped and the on/off switch came detached. The overall quality was poor. I contacted them straight away. They asked for a video showing the problem, which I sent. They first offered £1 (of the £13.99 that I paid) as refund. Then they offered £3, saying that they were only a small company and that 'the product was correct'. They then said that I could return it, to China, at my own cost. Avoid this company.

Please avoid this company. Suggest it’s UK based then takes weeks for the product to arrive. Then when the product arrived (I ordered the light up flower letters) it was unsafe for use and only fit for the bin. Now they are refusing to refund, suggesting it goes against their policy instead offering me increments of £2, £4 discount. How silly was I to fall for this, please don’t be like me

only gave a 1 star as zero wasn't available. Didn't read the other reviews before buying otherwise I'd have given it a miss. Ordered the letter with the flowers inside. looked really nice on the website and it gives you tracking status. Looks like it comes from the states. Fast forward 1 month and its still not arrived. Tracking says its in oxford since the 20/10. Cant get hold of the company

This company is a scam. Do not do business with them. The parcel got to a point where it said it was stuck in Cambridge. Since then the parcel has not been updated and they will not refund me. Seems to be the exact same as a lot of other people's experience. Also it seems this company is based in China but the tracking information lies and tells you it is being shipped from America. Shortly after some transactions appeared on my card that were not me! I had to have my bank reimbursed me and cancel my card I strongly believe it was because I gave my details over to this company. Avoid this company at all costs

I ordered to letters 5th September after several complaints have still not received them the tracking numbers are non exisisting and so is phone number this company should not be allowed to operate do not purchase from them
