DO NOT BUY from this company!!! Ordered two light up letters on 6/10/24 finally arrived on 2/11/24, expected quicker as facebook says they are based in Birmingham however goods were sent from China. Smaller than expected and flowers not the best. One of the letters did not work. Contacted company on 2/11/24, they replied asking for a video. Sent this on 4/11/24 requesting a refund. They did not offer a refund but said they would send a replacement, I agreed to this on condition it would be here by 14/11/24 in time for my daughters birthday. Today is the 18/11/24 and still no goods. Four times since the 12/11/24 I have requested details to return the goods if and when they ever arrive exercising my right to 14 days cooling off period . Nothing. Buy from this company at your peril. Update 20/11/24 Finally received the replacement today, one week later than the agreed delivery date. Picture added of the item….. two dead flowers. Still waiting for details to return unwanted item.

I wrote a review yesterday about my order of letter lights not arriving. I ve just deleted it as guess what they arrived today, that was only a 10 week wait ! Excited, I opened the packaging ready to look in wonder at my beautiful floral lights. My excitement turned to disappointment very quickly. I was expecting lighted letters containing pretty flowers, mine were rough, actually sharp in places, not sure what the flowers are but they look like yellow dandelions , the same flowers are in the K and S so at least they match! I was hoping for the little pink flowers but never mind. They light up ok so that’s a bonus …. I’m looking for the correct adjective to describe my experience and I think disappointed and underwhelmed just about tells you reader how I am feeling now.🙁

Absolutely awful company (wished I looked at Trust Pilot first), letter S arrived after months waiting, only to receive, where the lights do not work (was supposed to have been a Christmas present for my granddaughter). they wanted a video - I suppled. There have been over 25 emails, requesting my money back - they want to give me a compensation (insult), started at 1 GBP & now at 4 GBP, told them it doesn't even cover the cost of the item. when I mentioned to send me a prepaid returns label, they keep saying it will be costly to return the item (their problem not mine) but they won't give me a returns label. I'm exhausted by their lack of compassion; I've caved in and said send me another (won't arrive for Christmas), waiting for them to confirm. PLEASE be warned Don't Use This Company!!

I ordered 2 alphabet light up initials with dried flowers inside. After almost 2 months my parcel arrived. One of them was ok but very disappointed with the other as all the flowers are broken petals and bits, not as shown in the picture - beautiful whole flower heads or nice arrangements of leaves etc. This just looks a mess and the plastic edging is chipped and rough. I feel very let down by my purchase and that it took so long to get here. The tracking was good from USA but terrible in the UK , I had no idea if it was ever coming started to think it was a scam. I did email the company and received a quick response which i appreciated but it was still about 10 days later before thd goods arrived. I guess the tracking in the Uk wasn’t their fault but had I realised it was coming from USA I wouldn’t have bothered as it was made in China!

Utter scam! The light I ordered is so dangerous. The sides are so sharp and uneven I cut my finger on it. It took weeks to arrive. The customer service team are awful and won't give me a refund. I am reporting them to trading standards

Original item never arrived, email said they would expedite redelivery. Item did arrive but it’s smaller than expected and the quality is awful, rough sharp edges. Avoid!

I ordered two alphabet floral night lights for my grand daughters in September which finally (!) arrived in November.. Nothing like the photo in the advert and very disappointing. Just a few slightly tatty dried flowers. NOT to be recommended.

I've left one star because I had to! These alphabet letters look lovely but are really badly produced. I bought two, as Christmas gifts. When I opened the box my reaction was...WOW!' However on inspection, the edges (most of them) are very jagged, I cannot gift them now. The company disputes they are faulty but offered me £5 compensation, which I refused. Going through PayPal the company have now offered a full refund IF I return, to China, at my own cost! I'm still disputing this under the Consumers Rights Act 2015 Does this even count in China? At the end of the address it says 100% satisfaction, just get in touch with any problems.....yeah, right! The advertisement is still running, word for word, picture for picture, on FB but under a different name. Do NOT Buy!
