I would give no stars for this company. I ordered the resin night light letters. The E had chips on the back and both letters back edges are so rough that you can cut yourself on them. Send photos and explained that I was very disappointed with the finish. They came back and said they would resend the E and give me £3 compensation. I emailed back and said the J needs replacing as well but they disagreed so I sent more photos. After going back and forth and asking for a full refund and return labels to send them back they are now ignoring me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. it is obvious they are not in the USA from the grammar that was in the emails.

If I could award no stars that would be too many. I ordered a flower initial in mid-September, nothing stated delivery would be from US when going through purchase process. Tracking updates regularly until 20th October when package supposedly left London. I emailed to be told it was on it's way. In early November I emailed as still not received, again told on it's way. Tracking details then changed stating delivery from China. I emailed later in the month again as status hadn't changed on tracking, to then be advised it was delivered on 29th October!! Have been fobbed off, cannot refund etc, check with neighbours/post office for several weeks. I wonder how much money they're making from this scam? I purchased what I thought was a lovely birthday gift for my niece. More fool me.

Still waiting on three items I paid for in mid October, have emailed and tracked etc, still waiting, I've just read some of the reviews on here and wished I had read them sooner. As the reviews on the items I've bought a really poor. If I do receive the items and they're of a good standard I will be happy to re review, but at this point it's not looking hopeful .

Absolutely avoid with all cost. The item is nothing like what they show you. Comes damaged and they don't absolutely sod all to sort it out. If you buy from here don't say I didn't warn you. Only putting 1 star as can't leave a zero.

Ordered two letter lamps on 14/9/24 and up to date have not received it. Over 40 emails saying its on its way. Last update of delivery was in Belfastt on 13/10/24 but no update since. Company keep saying they can't refund as its on its way. But no delivery updates or delivery company.info. Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. I've been blockd from putting comments on their website i wonder why? Going to go to BBC Watchdog.

Similar to other reviewees - absolutely awful experience with ‘friendenjoy.com’. I placed two orders one to UK & another to USA. I received my order approx one month later but USA order has yet to arrive! Inferior goods, cheap flowers, numerous marks on resin & visible wires. Again, similar to other reviewees, I was overcharged on both orders initially which took several emails to resolve. As for ‘no quibble guarantee’ - it’s a joke. I was refused a refund despite providing requested photo/video evidence. I took my case to PayPal & friendenjoy.com have now agreed a ‘full’ refund but with postage to China at my cost (over £10). I have sent parcel back today asking for reimbursement of this cost so we shall see what happens. Update to follow . . .

Purchased a resin letter from friendenjoy, believing they were a UK based company, as a gift for a recently bereaved relative. The advertised product looked good, resin letter stuffed full of beautiful flowers, which lit up. Ordered 21 September, did not arrive until 30 October. Absolutely appalling quality, nothing like advertised. The resin edges were chipped and sharp and the surface was scratched. However, this was nothing compared to the four scraggy flower heads, whose petals had come adrift in the resin. The wiring for the light was highly visible, unlike the one advertised and the switch frankly looks like a fire hazard. I immediately complained, offered to return the product and asked for a refund. I was offered a mere £4 which I declined. I subsequently found that I had actually been overcharged by £2.85, which friendenjoy have refunded. I remain in dispute for a full refund, having asked them to collect the item and will be handing over to my credit card company to take this up on my behalf.
