I can confirm that your account was successfully cancelled on 2/11 and will not change unless you log in and request more shipments, and there have been no charges since that date. When you contacted us we cancelled and refunded the pending order, and I have also refunded an additional as a courtesy for falling short in your experience with us. At that time we cancelled your account, which will not change unless you log in and request more shipments, and refunded your transaction in full, and you are welcome to keep the order that was already sent at our expense for falling short in your experience with us.
