Just filled out the questionnaire and put in my CC card because it said I wouldn't be charged unless the script was approved. Immediately charged the 7 dollar and change. Ok fine I'll deal with that. But then AFTER you've already charged me for the supposed script price you force me into a 104 dollar subscription fee that was never mentioned until after I put in my card info! Then I log into the account to figure out how to GTFO of this bs and there is no record of any order AT ALL! COMPLETE SCAM!
Response from Friday PlansMar 20, 2026
I'm sorry for the experience you've had, Sheri. We strive to provide our customers with clarity and transparency, and it's clear we've failed in this interaction. To resolve this issue swiftly, I am eager to look into the details, but we'll need you to respond to Trustpilot's request for more information so that we can address your concerns about unexpected charges and navigate towards canceling any unwanted subscriptions.

This is pure crap definitely not worth a penny
Response from Friday PlansMar 17, 2026
Hi James, I apologize that your experience with us fell short. Responses to medication can vary from person to person, which is why we offer multiple dosages and active ingredients along with a 60 day refund policy. I see that when you contacted our service team they processed a full refund of your 3/4 order and cancelled your account, and there have been no charges since. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

I asked for advises and reviews before giving them my credit card number to place an order, absolutely it is a scam and never charge what they promised, it should be a legal suit against them.
Response from Friday PlansMar 15, 2026
I'm sorry to hear about your concerns, Pedro. Please know that we take all feedback seriously and are committed to addressing any issues. If you could respond to Trustpilot's request for further information, we would like to look into your account and ensure any problems are resolved promptly.

This company tries to scam you. When you sign up for month to month they charge you for a quarterly fee of almost $200 and then won't allow you to change to monthly! Scam!
Response from Friday PlansMar 15, 2026
Hi Isaac, I apologize for the confusion here. I see that the 6 month prepaid plan was selected on your account at checkout, which is an optional plan that bills as a single larger transaction in exchange for savings over the long term, and is never applied automatically to a month to month signup. When you contacted our service team the charge was completely voided, so the payment was never collected, and your account was cancelled, which will not change unless you log in and request more shipments. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
