I placed the order, waited 7 days then got the email saying incomplete address sent back. Contacted them they said someone left off the unit # ,said they would send replacement order would be about 5 days. This time they sent to wrong physical address had street number wrong this time! Now it's been almost 3 weeks, no apology actually kind of snarky, asked if they could overnite the order. She said well since replacement was already sent I would have to wait three weeks before they could replace the order. I asked to speak to a supervisor because their mistake 2 times leaves me almost 2 months with no medication, couldn't be right. She said I am a supervisor, no way around the policy! Ok then give me a refund a close the account! Funny how for billing they had the correct address, had no problem charging me for something I never received! Now I know why it was so much cheaper than the first service I used. Not a single apology for this long drawn out MESS!

The pills are crap
The pills are crap. Did absolutely nothing. Tried to cancel. On the log in phone verification they said sent a code- they didn't. So tried logging in with email and password and got some random HTML page. So tried chat. Was asked how could he help me after verifying DOB. When I said I wanted to cancel all of a sudden every message said "failed to send". BS product and customer service. Save your money!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're truly sorry to hear that the medication didn't meet your expectations.
We understand that every individual may react differently to Sildenafil, which is why we offer various dosages. It is possible that one of our health providers would recommend a higher dosage depending on your health profile. I would recommend that you reach out to your PCP or one of our associated health providers via chat to see if this is a solution that could potentially work for you.
We also want to confirm that we have processed a full refund for your order as part of our unconditional money-back guarantee. We're committed to the satisfaction of our customers and patients, and we're sorry that we weren't able to meet your expectations this time.
If you have any other concerns or if you're willing to discuss this further, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Scam by credit card/identity thieves?
I strongly suspect this company is a scam by industrial-level credit card thieves and identity thieves who sell your personal information. Reasons: I’m a healthy young adult male with no medical issues. I’ve used generic Viagra 100mg - ordered direct from the manufacturer in India - for many years with a prescription from a board-certified, Internal Medicine physician in NYC (who has been my primary care physician for 10+ years) with no negative issues ever from the use of this medication. Furthermore, I attested in the required medical questionnaire that I’ve never had a side effect or adverse event using 100mg generic Viagra for many years. Despite this, and despite having a valid prescription for Viagra 100mg from my Internal Medicine physician (that Friday Plans offered no option for me to provide), the company rejected my request to buy this generic drug from them.
The most frustrating and disturbing issue is that you MUST provide your phone number, address, credit card number, photo of driver license or passport, and a selfie photo to proceed to the “complimentary consultation” with an unidentified and anonymous “state licensed physician”.
Friday Plans replied to this review, and they provide no reason why credit card info and pics of state or federal ID plus a matching selfie are required BEFORE a decision is made by their anonymous physician reviewer about whether your request to buy from them is approved. Their mandatory consultation is always 100% complimentary, so a credit card number and pics of ID proving it's you and your credit card should not be needed until the Rx request is approved first - that's common sense.
To make matters more shady, no Friday Plans physician ever spoke with me, messaged me, or communicated with me in any way - I only got text and emails from various customer service reps and autoreply robo chats. And again, there’s no option to provide a copy of a valid prescription (if you have one) from your own physician for the medication - which I have and can provide yet Friday Plans STILL will not approve my order. See their reply below - they completely evade the prescription issue and never address any of my other legitimate concerns and complaints. Is it just me, or does it seem shady that an online pharmacy does not ask for or allow you to submit a prescription?
Also, all the other reviews that say registering online took just 2 minutes are lies and fake reviews. There’s no way you can provide all your personal info, credit card info, medical history, and upload all the required photos in 2 minutes. I type very fast and it took about 10 minutes to complete all the info required. Not bad, but not 2 minutes like they claim. Also, the cost was not 87 cents per pill with the discount, it was almost $30 for the 9 pills once all the fees were added.
I received the following prescription denial text message from “Dave” at Friday Plans within 10 minutes after submitting my personal info, credit card info, medical history, and photos (note: I assume Friday Plans rejected me because they checked my excellent credit and found out that i have a security freeze on all 5 of my credit reports so they can’t open any new accounts using my identity with the US passport I provided): “Sorry. The healthcare provider just informed me that they do not think that Friday Plans tablets are appropriate to be prescribed online in your case. They recommended that you talk to your primary care provider since it requires more attention. Of course, the consultation was still free. You will not be charged and anything pending will be refunded in 24-48 hours. Sorry about that.”
In response, I sent Friday Plans this message via email and text:
“I do not consent to my phone number or email address or mailing address being used, sold, traded, shared, or otherwise disclosed by you, your organization, or any other third parties for sales or marketing or any other purposes. Permanently delete my credit card info, email address, mailing address, passport photo, and selfie photo. Do not use, sell, trade, share, or otherwise provide the info or photos to anyone in your company or to any third party.”
Despite sending these messages, by odd coincidence, I'm suddenly being bombarded with all kinds of spam text messages, spam WhatsApp group messages, and emails ONLY at the phone number and email address I provided to Friday Plans.
Moral of the story: if something seems like a scam it probably is. Even an Intelligent person like me who is wary of credit card and identity thieves fell for this offer and provided my personal info, credit card info, federal identification, photos, and medical history to what may be industrial-level identity thieves and credit card thieves. Scams and criminals are rampant and getting worse every day. Beware!

Hi Charlie,
We understand your concerns about the recent delay in your order. Due to a minor technical issue, the verification process took longer than usual. We prioritize patient safety and ensure accurate verification for all orders so this is a process that we cannot skip without positively confirming each order affected by this.
That being said, your order was successfully delivered by USPS to your confirmed address. Additionally, we have issued a full refund for your order as a gesture of goodwill, considering this delay.

Wasted hours trying to become customer
Wasted hours trying to become a customer. They told me I wasn't appropriate for their plans. I am 74 and take no meds. Wanted their cheapest entry level to become a customer. Never spoke to a doctor. They use overseas people on the phone and speak poor English. A real time waster for me.
Response from Friday PlansApr 28, 2023
Hi Doc, I apologize that you were told a prescription is not appropriate. Unfortunately, FridayPlans and its customer service team have no control or influence over medical provider decisions. That being said, your payment method was never charged and the medical consultation was free of charge as well.
