Good luck trying to cancel your subscription. I went in several times to try. They said they would send me a 5 digit code to my phone. Nope. Without that code, I can't cancel. What a shady company.

I wish I could give them no stars. I did the information online and was approved November 29,2023. Two weeks laterI called them and was told they are running behind. I have talked to 3 or 4 different people. One have me a $30 credit and what good does that do you when you haven’t gotten anything from them. Today is March 5,2024. One hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing. They said they will get back with you in 24 hours how about 3 days later. Do yourself a favor and don’t deal with them. I told them 6 weeks ago to get it straight or I was going to write the worst review and they haven’t yet. Their ad should say 3 to 4 months instead of 3 to 4 days. I responded to their FB add and intended to give them a trial order of 9 tabs. Ended up they ordered me 27 tabs for 92.15 and it worked out $3.41 per tab, not as they advertised .87 per tab. YOU CAN GET CHEAPER PRICE WITH GoodRx

This place is a scam do not deal with this company. They will charge your card again and send you more pills without your authorization. You call them and tell them to stop charging your card they tell you that they sent you a link and you have to do it on your in. If fridaysplan charge my card again IM PRESSING CHARGES.

What seemed to be a simple issue with fulfillment, (order Nov 2023. As of 01/25/24 no product delivered), turned out to be a situation where I was charged twice, no orders delivered and over 10 interactions with customer service who were "tirelessly committed to ensuring your order reaches you promptly." I should not know the names of the customer service reps by heart. Unfortunately, I do. Shout out to Czarina, Desiree, Karl! Not a satisfied at all with this process. For a company that helps with performance issues... these guys are having some challenges.

Little or no active ingredient in the pills. I am an experienced user. I still have pills from my local Dr. and local pharmacy that work. Friday plans pills do not work.

I ordered from Friday plans over 3 months ago & have received no pills yet and when I reach out to the company I am promised the product but NOBODY can tell me anything about why or what the issue is only that the order is pending & somewhere will reach out to me & nobody ever does they have charged me for 4 shipments & I haven't received anything but the runaround & the same excuses so I'm beginning to wonder if this company is even legit I ordered November 14,2023 & I'm still waiting for that one & 3 more they've charged for & NOTHING!!!!!!

Ordered over a week ago and no shipment. Contacted 2 days ago and was told shipment status failed and the issue was escalated to their "back end team".
