We are sorry about this, Doug. Being billed for a refill you did not ask for is not the experience we want anyone to have, and if the recurring setup was not clear at checkout, that is on us to fix. Shipments can be stopped at any time from your account, but we would rather look into what happened on both orders than leave you to sort it out on your own. I see that your $186.88 transaction was voided at the time of your request, which means the payment was never actually withdrawn from your account and no order was shipped. Because it was voided rather than refunded, you may see the pending authorization simply drop off your statement within a few business days, depending on your bank, rather than a separate refund deposit. I can confirm that your account is cancelled, no medication was sent, and there are no further charges associated with it. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

I see that your shipment has been delivered but was delayed in transit with USPS, which is outside the window you should have been waiting and outside of what we can control once a package is with the carrier.
