So easy to order, didn't even need any Dr info, never asked. Chat does not work, customer service is horrible, want to cancel all for a few days, can not get anyone to respond, well I did get 1 response asking me how my customer service went, didnt answer me but wanted to know if all went well. I was careful about ready reviews, they must have them rigged also. Big mistake and now they have my credit card info and no response.

Nine times $.87 is WHAT! How can you trust them when they can't even multiply correctly???? 9 X .87 =$7.83 not $7.91. I guess there are 3 kinds of people: those who can count and those who can't. This is from your advertisement on TV. Doesn't look good for you on the comparison invoices!!

Friday plans was a terrible experience and disappoint of waiting 3 months for an order never received. I only give one star because zero was not an option. This is not for lack of fallow up on my end as I contacted them in the time period that the told me their "expedited fulfillment" usually 2 to 3 days but this was a scripted lie. Use Amazon Friday plans SUCKS buyer beware unless you like waiting months plus for a boner which defeats the purpose of any related product I'm the first place

These guys after I purchased there product they charged my card 129.00 dollars lucky me I had my card locked. They were declined. Beware

My order shipped 2 weeks ago (first order) and still haven't received it. Used the tracking number to track down the package and found out it was shipped with no address on it. Talked to customer service and address is correct and on file. She said wait one more day because they are still trying to deliver. That was bs because the tracking number already told me it came to my town and was already on its way back to where it came from. I think she just didn't want to help me. Either way I haven't received a phone call yet. That was a week ago. I never reached out to them the next day, but why should I have to? They should be reaching out to me. I'm sure it's just a simple mistake and I believe they will correct it, but I feel like someone should be reaching out to me. Surely someone knows what's going on with it from the company. I've had 4 bad sexual experiences since I was supposed to have my script. 4 experiences I'll never get back. 😒

After reading all the positive reviews I thought that maybe they had gotten better. But I believe now that they're paid reviews, bots, or haven't dealt with them long, because the same problem happened again. I received the first package fine, so I thought they really had changed, but I ordered again in May and it's now the end of July... Everytime I ask customer service what's happened they say the same thing as always. Trouble with the mail and they're gonna get it fixed right away. But it never happens. I'm never going back.
