According to USPS, that package was delivered on December 31, though we acknowledge there were holiday delays. When you contacted us on December 20 with concerns about not receiving your order, we immediately reshipped a replacement at no additional cost. USPS shows this replacement was delivered on January 7, 2025. To make up for the inconvenience and delays, we also added a $20 credit to your account and issued a partial refund. We understand these delays and the confusion may have led you to question our legitimacy.
