After two weeks and multiple chats, the product hasn't shipped (supposed to ship in 3 or 4 days). They just lie to you. Creating a shipping label isn't the same thing as actually shipping the product, and they know that. It's just a stall tactic. Of course, they were quick when it came to charging my account. I'm done with this outfit.

No customer service. Attempted to contact customer service for over a week and kept getting same solution through email that didn’t work. Tried both chat and telephone support and no help at all.

Their TV commercials are completely bogus. Who are the "they" they're referring to? And how is the expiration of a patent a "legal loophole"? Fortunately, I don't need their products. But I'm sick of their fear-mongering advertisements.

As many other reviews have said, they have NO customer service. 12 days now and can't get an ETA. Have been told they would escalate my order but nothing. The commercial says new customers 3-4 days to get your pills, and may be true but once you're a customer expect nothing because that's what you will get. I may have to pay a little more elsewhere but at least I will get my order. The weather is only an excuse. The only weather that has caused any travel problems was yesterday and today. This is 2 weeks. You offered a $25 credit but still no ETA. Unacceptable

Can’t contact them to cancel as the website doesn’t respond and doesn’t work - can’t find a phone #| to call them.

These Fryday plan are thieves, liars and scammers, they charged me for the first shipment and never sent me anything, plus they don't answer and their chat is a hoax, don't use and fall for the scams of these scammers

This business makes every effort to get you as a customer. But once you do you get your first order with in a couple days. But after that they could care less about getting you the next order I placed on on January the 4 I still never received my order. I called numerous times . They claimed they were sorry . Said they would escalate the order right away . Still not shipped. So I called them again . Still apologizing but couldn’t say when it would ship!! So I told them to refund my money and cancel my subscription . You know not good for your relationship when you can’t get what you need. So I will deal with Hims ! They cost a little more but at least , They care about their customers.
