Jumped through whoops placing order finally got poked by some gord rattler placed order now after a week the order is lost somewhere in Ohio I live in Georgia trying to get a refund 🙏🏻 I would not do business with them fly by night not approved by BBB

It's Been over a week and my order hasn't shipped just has tracking number and waiting on package from supplier, in addition it stated no money due and immediately was taken out before approval

I have been a viagra user for 10 years. I got my package from Friday plans and tried it that night with no success. I tried it the next 2 nights in a row with no noticible improvement. The forth night I tried one of my old viagra pills and it worked perfectly. I dont know if I got a bad batch or what but this isnt 100 mg of viagra generic or not. I am upset and feel ripped off

The absolute worst online pharmacy type platform I have ever dealt with. The process to get approved and pay for goods is fast, efficient and easy. From there it went straight downhill. Customer service is poor. I placed my order on 12/24. I understand the holiday rush, but...after nearly one month of the back and forth with them telling me the pharmacy was out of stock, the package is en route, the package got held up because the driver couldnt find the address, the address was incorrect (which it was not)...every excuse in the book, I canceled. Getting to actually talk to anyone in an authority position was impossible. A complete run around. So if its seamless for you, great, but if there is ever an issue, you will spend forever chasing your tail, and theirs. Good luck. I moved on to another source who ended up being a great option and less expensive. Youre going to have to send me another email to submit further details. I accidentally submitted without content. Requested update from Friday Plans: Order #9400111899560434156905. I sent you 2 emails one week apart. They were not answered. Your Chat feature was disabled. Post office says order not found. Did FP just create a shipping label and not ship an actual package? Why no response from FP until I posted this review? I have been a customer before. No problems with either the product or service. This time order got lost in shipment over two weeks ago. Tried to chat with customer service but the link never worked on numerous occasions. The phone number doesn't work either. Emailed customer service on two separate occasions, only got a generic response. Never had a human get back in contact with me. I contacted the credit card company and had them reverse the charges. Will not do business with this company again.

I had high hopes for Friday Plan, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. The shipping process is painfully slow—it’s been over five days, and my order still hasn’t been shipped. Despite reaching out to customer service, I only received generic responses with no concrete updates. If this company focused more on improving their service rather than just advertising, they might retain customers. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for reliable and timely service.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered medication on 1/5, by 1/17 had not received it. Spoke to customer service on 1/17. Although I had been charged, no order was ever generated. Was assured that the would escalate the order and I would receive the medication in 2-3 days. It'sc1/23 and still no medication. That's 18 days from the initial order. Spoke to customer service and told them I wanted the order canceled and refunded. I was told that it was being processed and neither could be done. It's a good thing it is not life saving medication. Not a happy customer at all. I probably will never get this or get refunded. Terrible, terrible terrible. Their web site is also very difficult to navigate.

On First order shipment never arrived disappeared in Usps black hole. Contacted company 7 days later. They confirmed a reshipment, 5 days later still waiting for confirmation of reshipment. First experience has left a bad taste, in my opinion company is not worth the frustration. Update:Chatted with support today on the 6th day and found out the reorder never shipped. Waiting to see if they follow thru. As of today I would recommend staying as far away from this company as possible. Plan on contacting the AG.
