Day before Thanksgiving and the tracking link said it was delivered, but it wasn’t, tried contacting them through phone, no avail, through chat was horrible, talk with Sheri Mae Porta and I couldn’t get a straight answer, I’m extremely disappointed that I have to wait until midnight to see if it’s delivered, honestly USPS doesn’t deliver until midnight so now I’m stuck without the product. Yes it works but the delivery is horrible and the customer service is even worse. Time to look for another solution. Definitely would not recommend

Why are all the 5 star reviews invited outside of trust pilot?

I placed my first order 9 days ago. It is sitting in the pharmacy says awaiting shipment. The process was quick and easy. The shipping from the pharmacy is a joke. Didn't think for a minute it would take a week to ship 18 pills. Thinking it's a scam. I have checked daily on my order and hear the same talking points and the same lies. It continues to sit in the pharmacy. Think twice before ordering from this scam. Customer support is terrible. I have yet to speak with anyone who knows how to use the postal service. Not accredited with the BBB. Wonder why?

I cancelled my subscription in Feb. In Oct got email saying got 7 free pills. I opened email wondering why? Since i didn't have a subscription. Next day I looked at credit card and they resubscribed me, and we're charging me $24. Called and they did everything possible to make me pay, said it's my fault, explain how its a good deal. Put me on hold for 10min. Finally after a 20 min call I was refunded my money. This company is predatory, be careful. They will sign you up for things it not aware of. I use good Rx it's cheaper, way cheaper. Plus they don't scam u, make u sign up for a subscription. Like what man needs 30 Cialis a month? If u are having sex more than that, you are "that guy"! All I'm saying is be careful or u will have a pile of pills you don't need and wonder how you got there???

I tried to order 7 pills of Viagra or Cialis, this company charges .89¢ cents for a pill. I entered my name, phone number address, birthday and my credit card in the order form, then the next page said in order for my order an application need to be completed. We need the last four digits of your social and a picture of your ID. So I researched the company for scam activity and it's been reported on Google for overcharging fees. this company is located in the Philippines. Why would a company that sells Viagra wants my driver license and social security number? it is a scam and it has been reported on Google that it is a scam company. so be careful do not give your information because they have more things under their sleeves to possibly steal your identity. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. They did refund my money back when I threatened to report them on trust pilot for the illegal activity that they're doing by asking people for a picture ID to be downloaded on their website and them asking for my last 4 digits of my social security number. So as of today I refuse doing business with them. I'm staying the hell away from this company called (FRIDAY PLANS). I don't need their Viagra to have my identity stolen by them. No pharmacy I ever been to in the US ever asked me for my ID and my the last 4 digits of my social security number, so why should you? You don't make sense because you don't need to bill my insurance, i was paying with my credit card. ok.

Friday plans charged my debit card over $124 for a plan I did not agree to. My bank flagged it as suspicious and froze my account. I was only supposed to be charged 8.88 a month. The person I chatted with joann said they will make it right by canceling my subscription and refunding me the amount and canceling my subscription. Now I can't use my debit card because it's been flagged and being sent a new one. This was the most dishonest website I encountered and will not recommend it to anyone. They said i was charged the $124 because I agreed to a 6 month plan. Then retracted that amount and admitted I was only supposed to be charged 8.88 a month. They offered nothing to make this right. STAY AWAY. I wish I could submit photos so that people could see the type of response I got from customer support and response on trust pilot from Friday plans. They responded with "null"

I was supposed to receive 54 pills for a 3 months plan, only 18 arrived, contacted the company twice by text and they quickly tell me they will send them, here we are a months later and nothing. They stole from me, like they need it. They advertise. 87 cents, not true at all.... Also are very slow to work, preferably overnight
