I see that the quarterly plan was selected on your account, which ships a 3 month supply of 36 tablets at once rather than the monthly 12, and that is what generated the larger charge. I see that you cancelled on 1/13 and have since reactivated your account, so I have applied a $25 courtesy credit toward your next order for the inconvenience.
