The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there are features I haven't explored because I am on a free account. Having said that, it's very easy to use, you can import lists of contacts/companies, log/schedule calls and even call from within the CRM. All-in-all, I really like Friday CRM, especially as it doesn't demand that you have a branded domain, like some. For a freelancer or small agency wanting an efficient, fuss-free approach to a CRM, it's ideal.

I use, Friday.com as a data base, and task management. It is safe, and easy to use.

Pretty good CRM for a small business all at no cost.
