For a free CRM, Friday covers a lot of ground. I feel that I have the functionality I need, including the ability to import contacts and sync Google calendar. Helps keep me organized and track my contacts and progress. I've looked at a few other options and actually imported to Friday from a different CRM that didn't do what I needed it to. Great resource!
