Site is down , maybe they decided to close the site after taking our money

Update customer service emailed me back and said they are working on fixing there website so that is good news.Site has been down for over a week and they wont respond to my emails very disappointing. I cashed out and never received the redemption email I've used this site for 2 years and never had an issue I've contacted support and they fixed the issue for me this is the best rewards app I've ever used

Just tried to cash out and recieved no email. Impossible to reach customer service.

What does one have to do to 1. Get paid 2. Get in touch with a human in customer service? I've used this site without a single issue up until June. I'm missing 2 payments now. I made a withdrawal at the beginning of July and never got the email to actually redeem. I contacted customer service a million times. I finally got a response that said they were working through an issue and that it would be resolved shortly which never happened. I was able to cash out once after that and I got the email instantly so I felt comfortable finishing more tasks thinking that I would get paid instantly again but I just cashed out this weekend and nothing so they now owe me about 30 bucks that I don't count on seeing because God forbid anybody and customer service actually responds. Some of the tasks required me to spend money which makes it even more infuriating

I received my most recent cash out after pretty much emailing support multiple times but my biggest one from 2 cash outs ago I never received seems I will never receive that money no matter how many emails I send don’t know if they can even see it there is no ledger in the website

They don't respond to your emails and I cashed out two days ago but never received my payment I edited to add they finally responded to me but I still haven't received my payment it's been over a week now

easy money. have been using this site for a bit now. this most recent cash out was 2 days late but i did end up receiving it. but the delay is the reasons for dropping one star

It's been two days now and I completed multiple tasks on their offer wall that they have available for people to complete and earn money and I have right below the amount needed to cash out and everything tracked perfectly fine when completing the tasks up to this point but now I have completed many things but it's not making any progress towards my total. I've reached out multiple times both through their contact support on their web page and sent them an email as well and have not heard anything back and have not received the credit for what I've completed even after submitting an email with the proof and making sure that I did everything correctly. I still am waiting to hear anything back and have anything updated in my account and they have no other way of reaching them and no live support. I'm absolutely beyond frustrated.
