I was honestly nervous starting this process because there are so many companies with hidden fees and confusing pricing, but Freya has been incredibly straightforward and helpful so far. Their customer service has been responsive, kind, and patient with all of my questions. I really appreciated that they explained everything clearly, including pricing, billing cycles, and dosage information without pressuring me. The biggest thing for me was the transparency no membership fees, no hidden costs, and no price increases with higher dosages. That made me feel a lot more comfortable moving forward. My order process was smooth and I’m excited to get started on my health journey
