Katie was amazing she help me with everything I needed and answered all my questions

Freya is a great company. Katie from Freya really encouraged me to keep going with my weight loss journey. I live and checked on me when I was going to stop treatment. Customer service like this goes a long way to retain customers.

Katie reached out to check on my progress. She was very helpful.

Everything was great. The process was easy, the agent was helpful and informative with questions I had, discounts were good and appreciative!

Company trying their best to keep pricing affordable. Great communication!

Very helpful and answered my questions!

I was honestly a little skeptical at first because the text after leaving my cart open caught me off guard 😅 I initially thought it might be a bot or scammer. But after asking questions, the process ended up being very easy, informative, and never pushy or pressuring. I appreciated having my concerns answered before purchasing, and I also love that there are no crazy membership fees. One of the biggest things for me was knowing the medication is coming from a pharmacy that follows proper legal and safety standards for handling and shipping medications. Overall, I’m excited to continue my treatment journey and grateful to have found an affordable alternative to Zepbound.

Katie was fast and efficient! Got me what i needed in no time !
