I started my weight loss journey in January 2026 and have been very happy with the results. Lost 5 pounds my first month and now down to an ideal weight with about a 15 pound loss. The process of payments, delivery and self administration have been seamless. Staff have been good about responding to any concerns or questions. I would definitely recommend Freya to friends.

I’ve had a really good experience with Freya Med. Getting started was easy, and the doctor actually listened to me and let me be involved in decisions based on my past experiences. I’ve lost quite a bit of weight and feel so much better overall. It’s been steady, realistic progress—not overwhelming. Customer service was also great, I believe her name was Katie, she was super nice and checked in to make sure I didn’t have any questions. Overall, I’d definitely recommend them if you’re on the fence.
