As a first timer coming in I’m so what scared but excited. I’m glad I had Katie reach out to assist me because this made it so much easier for me, I don’t think I would have done this on my own. She was able to help me with getting started and being able to work around my needs. Definitely satisfied so far and can’t wait for what’s coming next.

I have all around had a great experience! The process getting started was easy and informative. My husband has started as well and has loved his experience with Freya. We are going on week 6 and have each lost about 15lbs. We have maintained high protein diets and regular exercise and haven’t lost any muscle mass. I do feel some side effects when upping dosage but much more minimal now. The main downfall has been headaches but that is just when I am not drinking enough water! Finally losing stubborn fat that diet and workouts haven’t touched in years. It has overall been amazing for us!
