She was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to answer all of my questions. Honestly, she played a huge role in my decision to move forward with the company. My care coordinator, Nicki, has been incredible throughout the entire process. The level of communication and support is unmatched. She is insanely fast at responding—I’ve emailed her at 3 a.m. fully expecting to hear back around 8 or 9 a.m., and somehow she replied within the same hour! It honestly amazes me every time. Knowing someone is that attentive and responsive gives me so much confidence in the program. The entire team is professional, supportive, and never lets anything fall through the cracks. Since starting my medication, I’ve been losing weight and seeing positive results, which has been incredibly motivating. I’m excited to continue my journey and see even more progress. Very easy and simple to sign up, all online. There was no need to talk to someone on the phone or through a video call. The prices are straight up, nothing was hidden at all. They worked with me when I expressed hesitance with the price and were able to get me a lower monthly. Over all great experience in this initial stage. Currently waiting for my first delivery!
